DMC Properties & Mortgages was established in September 2001 by Company Director, Derek McAleese, who has gained a wide knowledge of the local property market in the Roe Valley having worked for Halifax Property Services as Branch Manager for some fifteen years previous. Derek says "in 2001 I saw an opportunity to open a 'One Stop Property and Mortgage Shop' in Limavady, somewhere where clients could purchase and finance their new home in a comfortable, secure environment under one roof". Derek adds "I have been amazed at our success and the support we have received from local businesses and the 'good folk' of Limavady. Our aim is to provide a friendly, professional and confidential service to our clients and to achieve this I required experienced, enthusiastic staff". Carolyn Giles (Senior Sales Negotiator) has worked as an Estate Agent for twenty years, firstly with Brian Morton & Co and then with Halifax Property Services. Colin McBride (Senior Sales Negotiator & Overseas Property Agent) has also been in this industry for over fifteen years having worked for the Prudential, and McAfee Properties & Mortgages. Julie Ann McCausland (Senior Sales Negotiator) has worked in this business for eleven years, formerly with the successful Mellors Estate Agency chain in Manchester, before joining us in 2001. |
